From interview to published piece.

I ghostwrite for B2B founders and executives. The interview finds the take only you can give, the draft sounds like you, and the placement puts it in front of the people you need reading it.

Four services. Most engagements start with the first one.

What I
do

  1. 01 / Executive Thought Leadership

Every engagement starts with an interview. I push past the safe answer to the take only you can give, then write it against a voice profile I build for each executive. The work: LinkedIn posts, bylines for trade and business publications, newsletters, keynote prep.

I’ve ghostwritten for partners at a top-three business consultancy firm and C-Suite executives at one of the world’s leading AI companies. Results include doubling and tripling follower counts, driving inbound partnership inquiries, and landing client work directly from posts.

  2. 02 / Placement

A byline nobody reads is a Word doc with a nice headline. I’ve been a reporter since 2001. I know how editors decide, which publications will actually run a piece, and how to pitch one that gets a yes.

Work I’ve written or placed has run in Forbes, Fast Company, Entrepreneur, Ad Exchanger, and MarTech Series.

  3. 03 / Content Strategy

A short paid sprint before any retainer: content audit, audience and competitor research, a point of view worth defending, and an editorial roadmap. Then I execute it, or hand you the tools to run it yourself.

I’ve led content strategy for a top-three telecoms company, a leading manufacturer, and several industry associations.

  4. 04 / Longform

White papers, research reports, annual reports, ebooks, and book proposals, for arguments that won’t fit in a post.

I’ve co-created annual reports for a Fortune 500 manufacturer and written research-backed white papers for clients in adtech, fintech, and enterprise IT.

How I Work

You work directly with me. No account managers, no junior writers, no handoffs. I stay flexible on structure: retainers, project-based, or hourly, depending on what makes sense for your needs. I hit deadlines and I don’t disappear. The practice runs on systems I built myself: research feeds, a voice-capture method, editorial pipelines. That’s how one person ships at agency pace without agency drag.

Common
questions

What does a B2B ghostwriter do?

I work with founders, executives, and marketing leaders to translate their expertise into published content under their names. That means bylines for industry publications, LinkedIn thought leadership, longform reports, and sales material, written in their voice and grounded in their real point of view.

How is content strategy different from ghostwriting?

Strategy decides what gets written, where it runs, and why. Ghostwriting is the execution. Most engagements include both: an editorial roadmap that gives the content program direction, plus the actual drafting work to fill it.

How long does a typical engagement last?

Anywhere from a single byline to multi-year retainers. The common shape is a 3-to-6-month engagement covering 2-4 pieces a month plus ongoing strategy support.

What types of B2B companies do you work with?

AdTech, MarTech, Enterprise Tech, AI, SaaS, financial services, and professional services. Clients have ranged from Fortune 50 divisions to Series A startups.

What does the writing process look like?

Discovery interview, outline approval, first draft, two rounds of revision. For ongoing engagements, this gets compressed into a steady weekly or biweekly cadence with templated kickoffs and shared editorial calendars.

Do you take content work beyond ghostwriting?

Yes. Clients bring me SEO content, sales enablement, web copy, and sometimes the content systems themselves (research feeds, editorial pipelines, tooling), and I take it. I spent two years embedded with a large tech company’s inbound team and wrote 75+ pieces that helped drive 43% of marketing traffic through organic search. The front door is ghostwriting.
