About Keith O’Brien



With 15+ years of experience in data-driven editorial leadership and content strategy, I thrive in cross-functional roles where I interact and work with multiple teams to deliver best-in-class editorial strategy and products. My varied career has given me ample experience in driving large content programs, managing digital marketing campaigns for blue-chip clients, and leading multiple b2b content teams in varied industries. 

I am currently consulting for a wide variety of clients, including two global business consultancies, innovative ad tech and social media startups, and leading marketing agencies. 

I was most recently the director of content and digital marketing at TMRW Life Sciences, a Series B-funded software startup helping IVF labs automate, where I created our b2b content strategy influencing embryologists, physicians, and IVF clinics to purchase our software. 

Earlier in my career, I led two marketing publications (PRWeek and DMNews), responsible for editorial strategy, managing a team of 10+ writers and editors; branded content; white papers; events; and social media. In this capacity, I have written hundreds of articles of various lengths and on different subjects.

I have also held senior, client-facing roles at social media firm Attention and media agency Horizon Media and developed blended learning and digital marketing programs for blue-chip clients.
